The Role

We are looking for a professional, dynamic, team player and active person with facilities and office management experience. This role includes managing all day-to-day office processes, coordinating small projects, and maintaining the overall facility. You will have knowledge and experience of managing contractors, being able to manage the local helpdesk, coordinate office moves and ensure we are compliant with company Health & Safety.
 
This is an office-based position.
What You'll Do
  • Deliver first class customer service to all our customers. Customers will include Veeva clients, employees and contractors, etc.
  • Ensure that the office runs smoothly on a daily basis by supporting office functions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Managing/coordinating office moves and changes.
  • Negotiate and monitor contracts terms and implementation with all external suppliers (utilities, building maintenance, landlord etc.), collect and control all related invoices
  • Liaise with the landlord on any maintenance, security and health & safety issues. Maintain a safe and secure working environment
  • Ensure a welcoming reception experience for employees and visitors. Manage mail/shipping functions for the office. This position will be responsible for maintaining a presence near entrance
  • Manage the office supplies and stationery, stock control
  • Planning and execution of workplace engagement activities/team events
  • Work with employees to make a pleasant work environment
Requirements
  • 3+ years of Office or Facilities Management experience
  • Project management and budget management experience
  • Good level of computer literacy with proficiency in office applications 
  • Good command in both Korean and English
