The Role

Veeva Singapore is looking for a Senior Consultant with experience in business applications such as CRM, but also an interest in technologies that improve business functions with a desire to learn more. You will be part of a dynamic team of consulting services professionals responsible for the successful implementation of our highly innovative cloud solutions for the life sciences industry.
What You'll Do
  • Make a difference transforming the Life Sciences industry by implementing Veeva’s innovative cloud applications for our Life Sciences customers
  • Serve as the “product expert”, representing all aspects of our product technology to customers and partners
  • Support Customer Multichannel journey with industry and market expertise
  • Lead or participate in business process discovery/requirements workshops and managing the project
  • Take complex client and solution concepts and articulate them to audiences of varying perception levels
  • Plan, manage and perform application build, test and deployment activities. Data migration from source systems into the Veeva application
  • Provide post implementation support to Customers from time to time
  • Be a primary client contact for project questions, build trusted relationships with Client stakeholders through interactions in person and remotely 
  • Support and mentor Associates in developing skills and professional capabilities
Requirements
  • 5+ years total work experience, 3+ years in Professional IT Services consulting experience
  • Experience in configuration / architecture of Enterprise Software (Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, OpenText, HP, IBM, ServiceNow, Workday, etc.) 
  • Strong project management and delivery skills
  • Excellent Level English skills – both verbal and written
  • Based in Singapore and have the legal right to work
Nice to Have
  • Direct experience with Veeva Commercial Cloud applications
  • SaaS/Cloud implementation or Integrations with 3rd party and consulting experience, particularly Salesforce
  • Experience with Pre-Sales activities 
  • Understanding of life sciences commercial and medical business practices
