- Lead life sciences customers in the implementation of Veeva’s products in Development and Quality cloud to ensure customer success
- Guide customers on how to enhance their platforms with an innovative approach through cloud-based software applications
- Define strategies and implementation programs for deploying Veeva’s products across organizations
- Project management, including resource planning, leading and motivating a cross-functional team, and project budget tracking and forecasting
- Primary customer liaison managing communication between the project team, customer, external partners, and internal stakeholders
- Represent Professional Services across multiple engagements and workstreams (e.g., solution design and configuration, data migration, systems integration, etc.
- Participate in projects at life sciences companies designing and deploying Veeva products
- Lead requirements workshops: design, prototype, configure, and document content management and/or data solutions
- Project management including resource planning, leading and motivating a cross-functional team, and project tracking and forecasting
- Ensure customer success from beginning to end of the engagement life cycle
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English
- 5+ years of experience with 3+ years in either IT consulting/professional services environment or in System Administration/IT Business Partner role for life sciences operations departments
- Experience with content and/or data management systems with the ability to comprehend and translate business requirements and create corresponding solution designs
- Demonstrated work history in stakeholder management, critical thinking skills, ability to conduct complex communications in a wide variety of settings and audiences
- Candidate must be based in Seoul and legally authorized to work in Korea
- Understanding of life science business process and content management, life science compliance, and/or computer systems validation
- Experience implementing Quality and Clinical Operation systems for life sciences as a consultant, business, or IT representative
- Direct experience with systems such as regulated systems or data-driven applications
- Consulting experience
- Project Management skills and PMP certification are a plus
- Life science, computer science, biochemical and mechanical engineers, or related degree
- SaaS/Cloud experience
