- Perform thorough cleaning of office areas, including restrooms, desk, conference rooms, fitness room, Micro Kitchens, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping buffing, and carpet cleaning to ensure a pristine appearance.
- Handle trash removal, recycling collection, and restocking supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper.
- Conduct detailed custodial tasks such as window cleaning, surface disinfecting and furniture polishing to uphold hygiene standards.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to ensure a hazard -free environment.
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety policies.

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning and janitorial roles with a strong understanding of custodial procedures.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting to 50lbs., bending, and standing for extended periods.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance or porter roles is a plus.

- Base pay: $23 - $25 Hourly
