- Delivering implementation solutions in the fields of commercial life science, such as analysis of customer requirements, providing proposals to resolve the customer demands in the delivery process, or support team in the pre-sales phase.
- A bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science or Life Science Industry
- 3+ years experience in the Life Sciences
- 5+ years experience in customer-facing and business analyst experience
- Knowledge of the product implementation process
- Strong customer service skills and communication skills
- Open-minded and team spirit; excellent innovation capability
- Smart and eager to learn new things, ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
- Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
