The Role

Veeva QualityOne is expanding rapidly in Korea, and we are looking for a high-performing Account Partner (Sales) to lead new business growth across regulated manufacturing industries, including Cosmetics, Food & Beverage (F&B), and Specialty Chemicals.

This is a founding sales role for Veeva QualityOne Korea. You will own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle—from prospecting target accounts to qualifying business urgency, engaging C-level executives, and closing initial deals to establish key reference customers. Working directly with the Director, QualityOne Korea, Solution Consulting, and Marketing teams, you will help shape and drive Veeva’s GTM strategy in the Korean market.
What You’ll Do
    • Own and exceed annual New ACV (Annual Contract Value) targets across Korean enterprise manufacturers in Cosmetics (Brand Owners & OEM/ODMs), F&B, and Specialty Chemicals.
    • Identify strategic initial entry points and build long-term account roadmaps to expand adoption across broader Quality Management (QMS) capabilities and supplier networks.
    • Execute an Account-Based Sales (ABS) motion across prioritized high-tier enterprise accounts, focusing on operational complexity to drive targeted engagement.
    • Lead value-based sales discovery to uncover key business drivers, demonstrate clear ROI to executive stakeholders, and confirm solution alignment.
    • Establish strategic partnerships with executive stakeholders across Quality, Operations, and IT, articulating the business value of a modern cloud platform in complex enterprise environments.
    • Partner closely with Marketing on targeted ABM campaigns and executive roundtables, and collaborate with Solution Consultants and Professional Services to ensure seamless customer onboarding and long-term success.
    • Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene, sales forecasting, and CRM tracking using Veeva internal tools.
Requirements
    • 10+ years of B2B Enterprise SaaS / Software Sales experience in Korea, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota selling complex enterprise solutions (e.g., QMS, Supply Chain, PLM, ERP, MES, or Compliance).
    • A deeply rooted, active industry network and trusted advisor relationships with senior executive decision-makers (Heads of QA/Ops, VP of Supply Chain, CIOs) across Cosmetics, F&B, or Specialty Chemical manufacturers.
    • Strong challenger mindset and value-selling expertise, with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders, articulate clear business ROI, and win against entrenched legacy or in-house custom systems.
    • Self-starter attitude with proven resilience in driving market expansion within greenfield territories, converting low market awareness into a qualified pipeline.
    • Exceptional bilingual communication skills in Korean and English, with the ability to influence both local client executives and internal regional leadership teams.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to Have
    • Deep domain familiarity with Quality Management workflows (e.g., Supplier Quality, CAPA, Audit Readiness) or key manufacturing regulatory frameworks (e.g., US MoCRA, FSMA, HACCP, CGMP).
    • First-hand track record as an early or founding sales hire who successfully scaled a global B2B SaaS vendor in Korea from initial entry to market traction.
    • Existing connections with local industry associations, advisory networks, or consulting partners within the Cosmetics or F&B manufacturing sectors.
    • Experience collaborating effectively with regional pre-sales, professional services, and customer success teams within a matrixed global organization.

A different kind of company. A Public Benefit Corporation.

Unlike a traditional corporation, whose only legal duty is to maximize shareholder value, PBCs consider their public benefit purpose and the interests of those materially affected by the corporation’s conduct—including customers, employees, and the community—in addition to shareholders’ interests.

What sets us apart

In February 2021, Veeva became the first public company to convert to a Public Benefit Corporation (PBC).

Unlike a traditional corporation, whose only legal duty is to maximize shareholder value, PBCs consider their public benefit purpose and the interests of those materially affected by the corporation’s conduct—including customers, employees, and the community—in addition to shareholders’ interests.

Veeva’s public benefit purpose is to help make the industries we serve more productive and create high-quality employment opportunities.

At Veeva, we believe in giving back. Veeva’s support for charitable causes is entirely employee driven because we think giving is personal and should be directed by the individual. With our 1% Veeva Giving program, each employee receives an amount equivalent to 1% of their base salary annually to support the non-profit(s) of their choice. We don’t dictate favored corporate causes or ask employees to donate to specific non-profits. We never support a charitable cause in exchange for commercial advantage or preferential treatment.

Veeva’s core values — do the right thing, customer success, employee success, and speed — guide our decision making and define our culture. Doing the right thing means that we are concerned about more than just financial success and return to shareholders. Our equity program is designed to enable the vast majority of our employees to participate. Our unique approach to awarding equity grants allows our employees to be shareholders so they can benefit financially in the company’s growth.

Veeva has taken a strong stance against the use of non-compete agreements that can limit employee opportunities. We do not require our employees to sign non-compete agreements, and we have taken legal action to fight the unfair use of these agreements by other companies because we believe such agreements limit an employee’s fundamental right to work where they choose. We believe in our people and want them to be successful here at Veeva or wherever their careers take them.
